 Abstract

The article analyses the content of libertarian teaching. Particular attention is paid to libertarian paternalism, which proposes a system of «choice architecture» based on «soft nudge» in a person's making various social decisions. It is shown that many proposals for improving the basic relationships between the state, individuals and society could be taken into account in Russian management practice. The article highlights the features of anarchy-capitalism – a doctrine presented by A. Nock and F. Oppenheimer, who consider the state as the basis for building a bureaucratic apparatus. Presents the foundations of the economic system, enshrined in the Constitution of Russia and reflecting the overall libertarian ideology. The constitutional reform carried out in Russia in 2020 par-tially corrected the economic principles of organizing social life. In general, there is no rejection of the idea of market freedom and competition.
